They are helpful and efficient in discussing with City of Thousand Oaks on possible permit and eventually the city told us that no permit was necessary. We are very satisfied with their performance and workmanship.
Description of Work: Replaced the concrete slab of patio floor. Added retaining wall.

+ 4 moreFrom the first day on the job, everything was done to keep our house and the neighborhood clean. Tom made sure there was a portable bathroom, so nobody would need to use our house or leave the job for breaks. He dropped a trash bin on the first day as well, and our front and back yard were cleaned up each day before the final worker left. We cannot say anything but good remarks about T-Square Construction.
Description of Work: Tom and his crew added a nice room addition to our home. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and I cannot be happier with his work. His contract included pouring a new foundation for the room addition, demo of the existing house outside wall, all wiring, roofing, and stucco to get the job completed. He was there everyday to keep the project on track, and all of his subcontractors were courteous and professional.
