Description of Work: I needed new straps and boxes for some of my rolling shutters. Cap and John arrived promptly and worked steadily and efficiently. I find the price to be high, but the work was done well (and I didn't find cheaper anywhere else). I am very pleased with the final result.

 + -1 moreRichard who makes the sales calls was friendly and helpful. The installers were courteous and on time. Called in advance if they were delayed in traffic. They actually made two trips to complete the installation correctly, rather than just fudge something together that wasn't right. One of the shutters was to be installed over a window and adjacent screen door that opened outwards and needed to clear the shutter mountings. They didn't have the necessary parts with them on the 1st trip when they installed the other 2 shutters, so they came back to do it correctly on a 2nd visit. I was very satisfied with their work on this job and have used them 10 years earlier on a previous installation with similar satisfaction.
Description of Work: Installed 3 sets of rolling shutters over 2 sliding doors and 1 window with adjacent door on my rear patio for security purposes.
