+ -1 moreA little over a year ago, we moved here from the Midwest and were referred by our relocation company to Kathleen. Over a series of several months, she helped us find and buy a home in Simi Valley. Kathleen is great -- she must have taken us through over 100 homes. When we first began our home search, we weren't sure exactly what we were looking for, and weren't even sure of what price range we wanted, because we were new to the area. She was very patient and extremely helpful, and really helped us to understand the area and the local real estate market. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is wanted to buy or sell a home in the Thousand Oaks/Simi Valley area.
