Great service - fast and friendly

They left a personal note, sent a thank-you card and I now receive monthly newsletters with all kinds of fun tidbits of information. This in not your typical customer service. Pop's goes above and beyond what is expected. This is why I love the local, family own and run businesses! Pop's is my one and only choice for floor and upholstery cleaning, I can't wait to get them to come do my windows!

They do a spectacular job of an all natural, non toxic and non chemical floor as well as carpet cleaning. They are great. Their customer service is excellent and their products are good. I think the non toxic chemicals are imported from Danish to actually do the cleaning. It's not harmful for the pets or anything else. They are all organic and they do a great job. I have recommended them to others and my neighbors used them last week I believe. I call them and they usually come out the same day which is amazing.

First off, they wanted more $$ than the initial telephone estimate but settled on $65 after calling Jason. I gave them $90 including a hefty tip because I initially thought they did a good job until it dried and the spots were still there. Then I noticed that the hidden areas of the carpet still were dirty. It took me another hour to clean up what they missed. I should have just rented the equipment myself after all was said and done. Quite possibly the worst money I have spent. I was going to use Pop's for shoe repair but after this fiasco, I'll look elsewhere.

The work turned out really well. They were very reliable and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

Everything went well. The carpet was cleaned quickly, and they did an excellent job.
