+ -1 moreProject went well and we were extremely pleased with the outcome. Crew remained on schedule and workers arrived promptly each day. They took care to minimize disruption and kept work area as tidy as possible. I do recommend having a good idea of what you want in advance so you can ask appropriate questions about your "vision" and expectations. Also, make sure to select and purchase materials to have them ready prior to each step. Having everything prepared in advance made it all go as smooth as possible and also made sure there were no unexpected budget issues.
Description of Work: Full master-bath remodel and replacement of florescent kitchen light fixture(s) with pot lights in ceiling.

+ 3 moreOur kitchen and bathroom remodels came out beautifully! Ray is very patient and listened to our ideas as well as providing us with his professional thoughts. I appreciate his attention to detail and cleanliness. Ray Patscheck is a really great and fair guy and knows his trades. Not only is his work beautiful but quality constructed - meaning sturdy, well done.
Description of Work: We hired Patscheck Construction Company for a complete kitchen and laundry area remodel on a cottage home. It went so well that we hired him again for our bathroom remodel which involved electrical, new plumbing, lighting, etc. Our last big project with Ray Patscheck was removing our home's front exterior stucco and replacing it with Harding siding and new insulation which came out so great along with a new wood fence and professional backyard white string lights - looks like a completely new home!

+ -1 moreWe were 100% pleased. Mr. Patscheck was prompt. professional, very knowledgeable and completed the job at a very reasonable cost. Also, he left the work area perfectly clean on ompletion of the job.
Description of Work: Cabinets both indoors and ourdoors. Removal of 2 steps down to a bar area and reflooring to match the height and color of the exising flooring.
