+ -1 moreParrott Aire was responsive and punctual for both the initial cost estimate and installation. Pat and his crew were professional, pleasant and efficient. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and taught me how to use the new thermostat. They got along well with a general contractor working on the property at the same time.
Description of Work: Replaced furnace, coil, and condenser on 1 system, including enlarging of attic access. Repaired the other heat/AC system. Replaced ducts, grills, returns and thermostats.

+ -1 morePat and his crew arrived on time both days and professionally and quickly demo'd old and installed new. The house was kept clean and everyone on the crew was very professional. The new system works beautifully and is very quiet in operation. Pat and his foreman answered all my questions and trained me how to operate the new system.
Description of Work: Remove existing furnace and replace with new in attic high efficiency furnace and new 16 seer air conditioning coil and compressor, including all new ducting, new registers, new thermostat and new 220 wiring.
