Flooring is good but we are very disappointed in the bathtub tile. The bottom portion looks nice but the top half (which has more detailed areas) has a cracked tile, some uneven cuts, sloppy grout, etc... It looks like two different people with different skill levels worked on the one area. We paid in full (our mistake) before closely looking at the job. We spoke with Tim about our concerns and he said he would look at his calendar and get back to us. A couple phone calls later we realized he was not going to get back to us or fix the mistakes. We don't outsource a lot of work and unfortunately are left feeling very cheated. Below are just a few pictures of the areas we are not happy with.

I had floating done because my floor was uneven and it had to be made level. They laid the tile in a 3 size tile pattern and they were very helpful in helping me choose a design. They showed up every day on time and they guaranteed their work.
