Description of Work: Came out on short notice for a ceiling fan light that was dripping water due to an old roof leak that was in the process of being repaired. Sean checked the attic, all the ceiling lights in the affected room, and advised us to replace the ceiling fan unit once the roof repair was complete. As we are not electricians, he provided reassurance that using the other lights and outlets in the room was safe, that there was no standing water in the attic, and that things really weren't as bad as we had feared. (He did recommend that the insulation in that area would require replacement.)
