Description of Work: Came for a check for next phase in kitchen remodel. They have been awesome, and saved me thousands in what turned out unnecessary repairs. They are looking to build a long term relationship with their customers, and it shows. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Although I didn't have the work performed, because it was more costly than I had hoped, the plumber who showed up was punctual, helpful, and even gave me suggestions on different courses of action! Very unusual, I imagine. If I even need plumbing service, I will be calling Joseph Prater Plumbing.

+ -1 moreLooked for a plumber on Angie's List since we are new to this neighborhood and we were out of the service area for are old plumber. I called at 8:30 am to schedule an appointment for the same day if possible. Their plumber showed up within an hour, took a look at the fixtures and explained that the problem was likely only washers and another small part that needed replacement. Tuned off water to the house, removed the fixtures and replaced the parts. The leak was fixed within and hour. $100 labor and $12 for parts. Very professional and friendly. I will call them again without hesitation for any future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Fixed leaking shower faucets. Water continually dripped after water turned off.
