Description of Work: Derek performed our inspection on a house we are buying. We were there with him the entire timeand he did a very thorough inspection. He answered all our questions that we had and also explained things that needed to be fixed as well as give us a better understanding of the issues. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

+ -1 moreRory performed an inspection on a home for us in November, 2009. We requested him this time, and we were not disappointed. A very thorough job, and took plenty of time to answer my questions. Even discussed a few ideas I had about home upgrades. Today I received a recall report that listed any potential home appliance recalls. Nice touch.

+ -1 moreRory Hernandez performed my inspection. The inspection took longer than expected because of numerous home defects. The inspector was very through and provided a detailed report of all defects, including reference photos. I'm a technical person, so I had a lot of detailed questions. The inspector took his time answering my questions and I never felt rushed. His insight helped us identify serious problems and avoid buying a potential money pit. I would absolutely use him again.
