Description of Work: We have had repeated problems with this company since day 1. They repeatedly did not show up at the appointed times, did show up as much as 1 1/2 hours late, rarely called to say they were running late. They did good work the few times they did show up, but they were very casual about time and appointments. The owner was often very brusque, rude and in a hurry, very difficult to talk to. Today we had an appointment for more work, but the owner showed up very early without calling ahead. I was not home, and my wife did not know all the things I discussed with the office secretary. The owner became very rude to her, contradicted her, "repeatedly put her in her place", and condescending to her, and told her that "he has no time for this". (So why did he even show up?) When I arrived home I called the company to complain. The secretary was understanding but firm. She suggested that we might consider going somewhere else, and said she would have her boss call me if I wanted. My wife and I had already decided not to use this company any more, but the secretary then called us back and TOLD US TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There was no apology or any attempt to keep a formerly-satisfied customer.

Description of Work: Great value for the money. My wife and I were so impressed, that we are planning to use this company for all our future handyman work.

Description of Work: His sons came and built a bed frame for me. They did a great job!

Description of Work: They are full licensed electrician.
