I contacted two larger contractors in the area but received no response to my email or phone inquiries. I found GreatWay on Angie's list and decided to give them a try. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. The work was performed in two days by a skillful and experienced crew. GreatWay is a family business where ethics and integrity are more than just words. The job involved slightly less work than expected and the savings were passed on to us. The company fully deserves its excellent reputation.

Called Greatway Roofing for an estimate to repair a roof leak. They responded to my message quickly and Ron set up an appointment to come out to provide an estimate. He inspected the roof and sent me a detailed estimate of the repair via e-mail. I accepted the estimate and they scheduled the roofing job for early the folowing week. They came out and tarped the roof since rain was expected before the roof repair could be performed. No charge for the tarp!! A work crew of 4 came out as promised and completed the repair in about 6 hours (remove tiles and laydown new felt over about a 30x30 section of roof, replaced tiles & flashing, and ensured all possible areas of leakage were sealed). Reparied area much larger than where the leak was occuring to ensure damaged area was reparied. Matt came out to ensure everything went smoothly and I was satisfied with the company's work and crew. GreatWay is very professional and they care!! Provided a 7 year labor waranty on the repair job!!

Matt was terrific - very professional and knowledgeable - unfortunately his price was a little out of my range but would recommend speaking to Great Way for your roofing needs.

They were outstanding in every aspect. They gave an initial assessment and when they opened the roof up they found that they had made an error and it actually cost less because work had been done so they lowered the price. They were very upfront and explained what they were going to do. When they opened the roof they found that there was plywood in place and they didn't have to put plywood down. They immediately called me and told me what they had found. Then they adjusted their price downward. I would give them the highest marks. There was nothing negative.

He was very kind. He told me that I only needed a handyman when I told him about the job. I thought that was really nice of him that he talked himself out of a job because he told me that I didn't need to spend that much money. He didn't give me an estimate because he said I didn't really need a roofer for the job that I had. I thought it was nice that he saved me some money. As it turned out, it was a handyman job, but I didn't know it. He was great, he was fine, and he was wonderful. I called him and I got a call back within a day. He talked me out of even using his services because it was overkill for my project, so he didn't need to come back. If I needed roofing work done, I would definitely call him.

We got 3 estimates. This company seemed the most professional and experienced. They completely the job quickly and efficiently.

Our experience with them was good. Their price was right and they pretty much came and did what they what they said they would do. They were very thorough in the bidding process and were the first roofing company who gave information that we liked. They were very upfront about all the expectations and consequently I wrote them a check for exactly what they said it would be.

This was actually the third repair job that Great Way has done on my roof (installed by a different company) and each job has been handled professionally and to my satisfaction. A good company to do business with.

The were very good and I haven't had a leak since. The men who came to my house were very professional.

They did a good job. They had a good understanding of what was needed for the roof and the repair. They cleaned up after themselves and the finished product seems to be working fine.

This is a wonderful professional company. They are worth every penny. They removed the old roof in one day and put the new one on the next day. They even helped me with a couple of extra things that had nothing to do with the roof, but just to be nice. They left the property spotless and there was always someone to answer any questions I had before, during and after the roof replacement.

We were very pleased with the work because the company was able to keep the natural look of the of our old home. We had many city regulations for the roof because of the age. This also made the price a lot higher than the normal roof job. This company was the cheapest out of all the bids we received. They did great work and we were very satisfied.

THEY'RE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND THERE WERE NO NAILS LAYING AROUND OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I HAD TERMITE DAMAGE, AND THEY REPLACED THAT.

THEY WERE SO EFFICIENT. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS ONLY TWO DAYS. THEY WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY STUCK TO THEIR QUOTE.
