Description of Work: Replaced roof and replace some rotting wood.

Description of Work: Complete pitched tile roof removal and replacement (double layer of paper, underlayment repair, roof ridge repair, all new tile, bird stop and edging, and complete removal and replacement of flat roof area, and scupper drains. Matt, Tony, and the entire two crews assigned to our large and complex project were extremely professional, cooperative, careful. The only problem was the tile delivery company damaged our sidewalk and GreatWay Roofing is working with them to make the repair. We were "extremely" please with the customer support, frequent visits to show us roofing samples, efficient work and quality of work of the crews. The price was significantly lower than other bid we had for exactly the same product and quality process. We would very highly recommend GreatWay Roofing. We are the second home in the neighborhood to use them and expect others in our neighborhood will use them as well when their need arises.

Description of Work: Removed concrete tile to one side of the roof. Replaced suspect plywood, all metal guttering, edging, and pipe tops, 30 lb. felt rolled out and secured. Replaced the old tile and put in new tile when appropriate. Used cement for ends and top area. Reapplied metal at the ends of the tile.

Description of Work: I contacted Greatway after reading many reviews here on Angie's list. Matt came out, walked our roof, and gave us his recommendations, and a very fair estimate of repair. We have a tile roof, that was completely removed, rotten wood was replaced, roof vents and a Daylite tube installed for extra light in a very dark hallway, and the roof replaced. | |The crew arrived when promised, were very polite, and cleaned up each night before leaving. | |We were very happy with the work we had done!

Description of Work: A representative came out and gave us and assessment and quote. He was very honest about our options. We already knew that we may not need to have roof work done yet, but he even gave us advice on the do-it-yourself fix that we were considering. I will recommend them to friends and when we do get the roof work done it will definitely be with this company. They could teach other businesses about fantastic customer service and building relationships.

Description of Work: After speaking to the woman on the phone a day or two passed and I got a call from who appeared to be the owner. He said he wasnt interested in doing jobs in L.A. area because he couldnt compete with others. My only complaint is that his ad is misleading in the fact that it boamentioned ( L.A.) Please be honest as not to waste the time of others in calling and making us wait just to find out that you are not interestedsts of doing work in the city . If we call you we are in need of a new roof or the repair of our roof where our families live.

Description of Work: I called to see if my roof needed any repair or replacement. Josh, the son of the owner, came to check my roof. He was extremely thorough. He said that the roof was still in good shape and that it could last another 5 years. I really appreciated his honesty! He said that he could check it every year to be sure that everything was O.K. He emailed me an estimate if I needed to replace it. I will hire him when the time comes because he was honest.

Description of Work: If there was a A+ rating I would give it to GreatWay. We redid only a section of the roof to bring it up to spec for a solar panel installation. Not only did Greatway do an excellent job of coordinating the project (with Solarcity) they kept me informed at every step. Everyone from the receptionist to the site team were professional, polite and extremely knowledgable. A special note of appreciation to Josh and Martin. You guys did a great job of walking us through the process. Much appreciated.

Description of Work: We had two leaks through our ceiling. Matthew was great. He explained their inspection process and arrived even earlier to do the work than originally scheduled. Fortunately our issue turned out to be a roof cluttered with debris . We have a two story home and our problem was relieved by a worker going up there and blowing off the accumulated years of leaves, branches,etc. off. It rained the next day and both leaking issues were non existent. I highly recommend this company for their promptness, honesty, and friendliness.
