+ -1 moreFrom the very beginning he charged way more than is legally allowed under the contractors’ law. They are only supposed to charge 10% or $1000 and he charged me $9000 up front. He walked off the job and wouldn’t complete it unless I paid him more money. I overpaid him for the progress of work that was done; I refused to pay anymore until more work was done and he walked off the job. It is still sitting there uncompleted. I would never use him again.
Description of Work: I used Donnelly Development two years ago. They did a kitchen remodel.

+ -1 moreI worked with a designer to help achieve a light bright country feel to the kitchen. She suggested Donnelly and I am so glad she did. They had wonderful suggestions such as adding a window for more light. The work is high quality. They have the nicest crews. They spent almost four months here so they did not cut corners or rush it along.
Description of Work: Donnelly Development remodeled my fairly large kitchen. Their work included new tile floors, tile back splashes, and granite counters. All our cabinets are new. They are a light oak and there are over twenty with some being slide out drawers. I have a new Kitchen Aid built in refrigerator and a Viking built in stove with a double oven. Everything I forgot to mention in our kitchen is also new.

HIS CREW SHOWED UP IN A TIMELY AND CONSISTENT MANNER. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE END RESULT IS GORGEOUS! NICE GUY TO WORK WITH FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME!
