IT WENT ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! Jason arrived at the time he had promised. Very neat and professional in his demeanor and appearance. Took a quick survey of the intended job and set to it. About one and a half hour later he came out of and said and quot;Come on and take a lookand quot;. We were extremely satisfied in how he had even taken the time to gather the cords and cables into a moulding strip to create a neat uncluttered look. We were quite impressed with the fact that he did every step alone as well, sort of expected a call for assistance in lifting the TV up onto the wall. Jason even took the extra time to ensure that all the peripheral devices were connected neatly and working with no hitches. Use Jason and Coastline Audio Video again? YOU CAN COUNT ON IT!

Knowing very little, I emailed Jason with some questions about Roku. He responded next day with all the info I needed to get hooked up. He scheduled within 2 days and got me set up toot-sweet! He took time to demo the Roku and show me how to use it. Took his time and allowed me to get comfortable that everything would work great after he left, which IT DOES! Jason is a good guy, very nice, and great attitude while patiently answering all questions. Highly Recommended!!

Called Jason on a Friday evening and he scheduled for the following Monday evening. He trouble-shooted the problem to see what the cause was for the loss of video signal. The culprit ended up being the CAT5 box's receiver which had only lasted about 3 years earlier (by someone else). Jason was very professional and competent in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He only charged $75 for labor, which I believe I would have paid a bit more had I gone with the original installer. The only negative was that he was 30 minutes late showing up which he apologized for. Overall I was very happy with the service he provided and the final outcome. I would not think twice about using him again.

He's terrific. He really knows his business, and he's very responsive.
