I think the price was okay. They came on time. They did what they needed to do. He told me some other stuff about some pressure thing on the pipes. They told me what to look for when it needed to be replaced.

Great customer service. They don't mind helping out with advice for the DIYer. Nice to support a friendly local business.

They are very honest, and prompt. They bend over for you, and the price is very reasonable. They stand behind their work.

They are good. The two gentlemen who came into the house were well groomed and they seemed to know what they were talking about and they knew their inventory. They didn't have to take anything apart and put it back together again, but they took off the covers and they seemed to know what they were looking at and they were very knowledgeable. The gentleman who did the evaluation was set himself, so it was really kind of good because he told me how the maintenance a unit. They responsiveness was very good and they were right on time. I don't know their prices yet because they were going to present us with a proposal and I haven't gotten it yet. I would absolutely use them again in the future if needed.

They replaced the system that was installed 20 years ago and the following year when it wasn’t working and we called them. They said that we should have done certain thing and we told them that they were the ones that installed it last year and said that if we called them again, they would charge us. They are awful and everyone in town knows about them.
