BOB MC CASLAND FENCE INSTLLTN

Bob Mc Casland Fence did the original installation of our six foot high board fence 10 to 15 years ago using steel posts in concrete footings. It has held up very well. Recently one of our overgrown trees damaged one section of the fence. We saw that Bob Mc Casland was now on Angie's list, so we called him again. He came out to give us an estimate, and discussed his recommendation and options on how our fence repairs could be done. We went with his recommended option, which is described in the "work performed" section of this report. The fence had been constructed originally by Mc Casland using wood screws to hold the pickets on. This along with the steel posts in concrete footings helped to reduce the current damage caused by the tree. Bob (the owner) and his son arrived at the scheduled time just two days after giving us the estimate. They were able to do the repair in less than 3 hours, and the fence is as good as new. The repaired section is straight and true, and all of the pickets are exactly the same length and all match dimensions of the old pickets We will definitely use Bob McCasland Fence again when we need a new fence or fence repairs.

An estimate was provided in writing. References were provided. Work was performed in one day on the date promised. Bob was very straightforward and honest in his dealings with me.

He was prompt, did a good job, and finished the work in one day. We are very happy with the work performed. I found the price to be reasonable. I would recommend their services to anyone.
