+ -1 moreMichael Seay, co-owner of AAA Development, was punctual and professional. I appreciated his opinions as he provided me with not only confirmation about the renovations we sought, but also suggestions on how to improve the ideas we had. One thing we didn't like was that he provided on the estimate the profit information they would have earned on our renovations. For some, that honesty may be appreciated. For us, that turned us off. Although we ultimately chose a different contractor, we would consider the company in the future and recommend it to anyone who's interested in getting an honest contractor who may do great work.
Description of Work: Michael Seay, co-owner of AAA Development, came to my house the next day after phoning in a request for an estimate on several renovations we needed done on our new house. He discussed ideas, took measurements, and showed me photos of his past work. He provided a very detailed, written estimate the following day.
