I hired AAA Development to do some work to my house in June 2016. The entire front porch was sinking in and the carport needed to be completely replaced due to termite damage. They meet with me on time, explained everything in detail and had a variety of recommendations to complete the project within my budget. Their team completed the project and left the property in clean shape upon departure. I highly recommend AAA Development to anyone looking for an honest, quality contractor. After a disasterous experience with another contractor (criminal, civil and license proceedings pending) AAA Development (Mike Seay /Mike Hanson and their crews) literally saved my bathroom remodel and restored my sense of security. Their work is superior, their desire to please their customer is extrodinary and their prices are reasonable. They have cultivated the best of the best of tradesman (plumbing, electrical, custom cabinets, tile etc.) and use these tried and true firms on a consistent and ongoing basis. Very pleasant experience with Mike and his guys. What I particularly liked, compared to estimates from other contractors, was the way the components of the job in terms of materials and labor were written down in great detail in advance, so that any change orders could be agreed easily without confusion.

It was a wonderful experience to work with Mike and his crew. Everyone involved was professional and took pride in their work. We were never left to feel unsure about the job and its progress. We love our two new bathrooms. We will absolutely work with AAA Development for our next home improvement.

I could not be more please with AAA Development for the work they preformed for me. The staff was extremely professional, the work was A+ quality work and they showed up right on time, completed the work when the said it would be done and was very neat. You would never know I had Drywall and Paint done, the house was left in the same condition as when they first started.
