Description of Work: Arriving home from a family and friends thanksgiving dinner, i found my 1st floor completely flooded, from a broken toilet supply line in powder room On the holiday, they showed up about 80 minutes after calling. They were professional, took the extra step with additional blowes and humidifiers, to help insure my natural stone floors survived. Their demo work was precise and worked closely with my insurance company every step of the way, obtaining prior approval for all work added as done. Great job guys. Thanks

I hired Water Damage Rescue to dry our garage after the strong winds and heavy rains stripped a portion of its roof. They were pleasant to deal with. Not only did they dry our garage but also fix the damaged that occurred. They handled the communications and paperwork with my insurance company and made sure everything that got damaged was covered. In addition, they were very professional. They are prompt with their response and follow through as they have promised.

I had a huge pipe leak that went un-noticed for about a 2 weeks until I saw the damage coming through my bathroom walls. Thank to Water Damage Rescue I was able to call them at 11pm when i noticed it and they answered right away! They arrived at my house early the next morning giving me a affordable quote and had the issue resolved very quickly ! Thanks again guys.

Water Damage Rescue sent their crew within an 1 hour of being notified of my flooding disaster. The courteous team quickly cleared out and cleaned up all my soggy basement. They positioned fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the premises.Three days later they returned again to check the progress. 2 days later the machines were removed and the area was back to normal. I would call Water Damage Rescue in a heart beat if I needed them again. Thank you so much :)

I called Water Damage Rescue to help me with water or excessive moisture in a crawl space. John came out the next morning and arrived right on time. He did an inspection of the house and did not charge me for his trouble. He is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have not booked his services yet and may not need to, but he is now on my preferred vendor list! Highly Recommended !

The services went great. We were about to go on vacation when our leak happened and I couldn't believe the speed at which they came out! The team was super friendly and respectful. Ori was very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: A team from Water Damage Rescue arrived within 2 hours of my phone call, assessed the damage (which was caused by a broken pipe) and then immediately began work. They removed wet insulation, placed de-humidifiers and fans under my home. They checked back after a few days, removed the equipment and then replaced the insulation.

Jeff came by last week for an inspection and they were very thorough and did an excellent job explaining to me their process. I was particularly impressed by their honesty about the state of my crawl space and attic. Luckily, it was not bad as we were led to believe by an inspection from other companies. I highly recommend .

Overcharges. Does work and tells the homeowner the insurance will cover it. Turns out, Insurance wont cover the majority of the work he did. He left me without a kitchen for 6+ months and attempted to take all of the money. I had to fight him to get SOME of the money back, I had to rebuild my kitchen myself, and had to pay his subcontractors. Please don't trust this company :( They took months of my happiness away and didn't seem to care.
Description of Work: My kitchen flooded, They came out, Had my stuff moved out by a company called Home design. The movers bill was $9000. They placed fans in my house and blew my breaker panel. They tried to bill my insurance for outrageous costs - The demo'd my kitchen without insurance authorization. They took my money and made me fight to get some back.

Jeff and his team were awesome at taking care of a mold issue in my basement. They were great to work with, friendly, and very fast. Our washer leaked and damaged the floor and the bedroom carpet as well. we Called Water Damage Rescue and Jeff came a few hours later to give his recommendations. The very same afternoon he sent over his people with their machine to start drying the damaged areas. After 24 hours they came back to rip off the floor. His team does outstanding work, very friendly and knowledgeable people.

I had some water damage in a wall and were concerned about the possibility of mold. water damage rescue came out and told us exactly how to remediate it ourselves. He gave us step by step instructions that were extremely easy to follow. He was up front and very honest. Another company quoted their services for $1500.
