Neil is a straight-shooter who did not try to upsell us or convince us to go over budget. He looked at our space and discussed our needs. We talked about several window treatments and why some would work better than others for what we wanted to accomplish. His design solution was ideal for our space and budget. We decided to hold off on having the work done for now but would call him again and would definitely recommend.

We love our new shutters and window treatments. Neil came to us recommended by a friend. His ideas were right on for what we were looking for in shutters. The drapery we selected is absolutely beautiful. We get lots of compliments. The job was done without any delays or problems. Highly recommend The Window Blind Connection!

I just signed up last week with Angie's List to locate someone in my area who could repair a very nice bedroom cellular blind that needs restringing. I checked several reviews for The Blind Connection and called Neil Geller who I guess is the owner. I made two calls last week - the first call was to describe my problem with the blind. He asked for my telephone no. and said he would call me back later that evening. I never heard from him. My 2nd call to him the following day was to let him know I hadn't heard from him the evening before. He said he was waiting for another customer in my area to call him to schedule a time before he called me back to schedule a time that HE could come to my home & look at the broken blind. He never mentioned that to me in my 1st phone conversation with him. Okay, I could accept that. Well, it's 2 days later, and I have yet to hear from Mr. Geller. I'm sure I will not use him or his services for any work I need done. I simply can't rely on someone who can't even return a phone call. This guy obviously does not want my business, so I'll go elsewhere. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT on my first Angie's List experience.

Neil provided excellent service. He communicated his availability well and was punctual. His measurements were accurate and he provided expert, focused guidance. Once we had chosen the style and fabric for our shades he arranged for fabrication, delivery and installation. We provided a deposit for half of the final price with the remainder paid at the time of installation. We were called to set up an appointment for installation once fabrication was completed. The installation was performed about a month after the initial estimate and measurements by the manufacturer of the shades. The installer was punctual and the installation was performed well and quickly. The curtains (Roman shades) were delivered on time and have functioned perfectly. They are far better than the window dressings we had in place in the past. We are very happy with the entire process.

My experience with this company was extremely positive. We thought that we needed a replacement and he was able to repair saving us a great deal of money. While initially he told us it would take a week, the work was completed and installed in two days! We were very happy with the quality and speed of the work.

He does custom blinds and I had a problem, the initial installer didn’t do a great job but he came out and fixed it at no cost. He was always cordial and did a good job. He seems like a nice honest guy. He seems to take care of his repeat customers which is nice and he is reasonably priced.

He was very good. He did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend him.

Gave helpful advice about choosing the window blinds. Seemed very knowlegeable and experienced. Was able to repair a broken ladder string on one set of blinds. Did a great job.

We used Hunter Douglas window shades and they are great. We checked around and he has the best prices. He does this individually and doesn't have a store. He is really good abot setting up appointments. We did each time check with brick and mortar stores and his prices were always best. His installers were also very good.

I contacted The Window Blind Connection for shades in several rooms. Neil Geller came out to the house, was prompt, efficient, and professional. He made appropriate suggestions, listened carefully to what it was that I wanted, and was honest about the time line. A terrific installer came to the house. He was prompt and finished the work quickly, checked everything, and I am VERY satisfied. I did not, as I usually do, get three bids, so I'm sorry that I can't report as to price, but if you are looking for a professional with great installers, I don't think you could do better. I have some other work in mind for the future and I will absolutely be calling Mr. Geller and The Window Blind Connection.

Neil came to the house and took down the blinds, had them repaired and put them back up in a timely manner.

They did a good job and the only reason I have not had them back is because we do not have any other work to be done. We had a problem with one of the shutters opening up correctly and they came back to fix it. They also came with a lifetime guarantee.

They were on time and very professional. They have excellent workmanship. He stands behind his work. He has also been in business for a long time, I used him a few times throughout the past 20 years.

See coments above. I am very happy with these plantation shutters. It was a great experience overall. I am planning on ordering shutters for the rest of my house when I can afford them. The product is excellent qualtiy, the price was great and the service is excellent. I couldn't be happier. This purchase definitely exceeded my expectations. I forgot to mention that I was referred to The Window and Blind Connection by my best friend who purchased plantation shutters from them 12 years ago. She also had a great experience and is very happy with her purchase. Her shutters are in perfect condtion and she has not had any problems with them.

I met with Neil Gellar prior to the close. We discussed several options for all the windows. He delivered the window blinds exactly when he said he would.

Neil is an excellent business man. He always keeps his appointment times and all the work is done in timely manner. He is also very good with his warranty work and always stands by what he does.

On both jobs, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Neil came personally to give me the (free) estimates, and he was clear about what was to be provided. He followed up after our initial visit, and he was clear about, and stuck to, the dates he gave me for install. The workers were clean and respected my properties during the install processes. In both cases, the work was excellent-- you would never know it wasn't done by the pricier, better known company I had initially contacted. (And I'm picky! I notice imperfections in work on my home, and there weren't any.). I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

He did an exceptional job! He was very clean, quick, and good! He showed up on time and completed the job. He was very close to his initial estimate as well. Pricing was competitive as well!

Mr. Neil who is owner of the company personally handled the consultation. The company was professional experienced, and reasonably priced. Finished products rocks.

Neil Geller, the technician that did the work for me, was knowledgeable and likable. He was polite and a real gentleman. I've used them several times. The windows treatments are beautiful. I'm very satisfied with the work done.
