Ike Isaacson is the reps name who's in Canoga Park. He is a certified Arborist and a contractor. He is very good. He said that this was his most difficult job, and he did a great job. He is also insurance approved. It was a huge job, but it was through the insurance company, because he had to remove and cut down a gigantic Eucalyptus tree. I would recommend him, he is very good. They are very busy. We will use them again in the future.

So many things went wrong with my project, from start to finish. I spent a lot of money with them to have very mediocre service and less than acceptable plant installation. Plants that needed sun were planted in the shade, and plants that needed room to grow, were planted right next to other plants needing to grow, making both of them unable to flourish. There was no rhyme or reason to how things were planted and they look sloppy. I have never landscaped before so I constantly stated that I defer to their expertise. The outcome, was horrible. Zero pride in what they do, Zero customer service. They don't return calls, they don't respond to emails, they don't listen to your ideas, they talk over you, they don't explain anything. They made what should have been a wonderful experience horrible.

Ike Isaacson from Nature-Scape was very knowledgeable about trees, he gave us a fair price, and the work was done quickly.
