The tile and pebble was done well. They was problem with the quality of the deco seal poking and problems with the type of rock that was installed with the decoration. The biggest problem was the non-responsiveness of the contractor/owner. The communication was poor and didn't respond in a good time.

It went very poorly. He kept trying to cut corners and I had all kinds of issues. He would not give me his cell phone number. He put the bar in the wrong spot making my two rooms two feet smaller. The waterfall is sinking into the ground and is leaking. It is even pulling away from the pool. He didn't tell me about an inspection he tried to get me to pay for. He used cheaper items instead of giving me options. I am only 30% complete and it is supposed to be done on June 1st. He is not going to be able to make that day. I have had to file with an attorney as this has turned into a nightmare. He leaves the place cluttered with trash every day and I have to pick things up myself. There have been unnecessary delays because of poor planning and I regret using this company. He even bounced a check to the department of building and safety. I signed a 300,000.00 contract and have paid him 146,000.00 so far. He always argues with me and he has now abandoned the job. ***As of May 14, 2012: He's removed all of his tools, his cement mixer, the portable toilet, as well as rock that I had paid for for the project.***
