Great. I met Steve at a home show and described my situation (some pre-existing wiring for surround sound but an incomplete system). He can to my home and gave me a free and very competitive quote. He made recommendations based upon my needs and preferences and was willing to work with the existing wiring and speaker placement. The install took two days. It went very smoothly. The system is fabulous and I'm very happy with it. He also spent time showing me how the system works and has been very responsive whenever I've had any questions or problems after the install. There have been a few times when I've "hit the wrong button" and he has talked me through getting back on track. He's also come to my home to install additional equipment (purchased by me) at no charge. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Installed new surround sound system Including plasma tv and speakers) throughout the house (living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom) and outdoor patio.
