James doesn't just lay mouse traps. He searches the foundation and other spots for rodent entry points, which he blocks off, and uses a combination of cage traps on the outside and kill traps on the inside, based on a thorough knowledge of rodent behavior patterns. He'll come back repeatedly until he's satisfied that they are gone or dead. We've had no problems in the weeks since.

Set traps where there was evidence of rats, didn't catch any, so apparently they are not actively using the area. But ADC did not really have any suggestions or solutions for the mites, which we still have. Looking for alternative solutions.

Jim was very professional efficient and charged a fair price for the work done. I do not normally submit reviews, but when I noticed that no one had reviewed this company I felt I should let other Angie's list users know this is a very good provider. It is two years later and I have had reason to call them back as I now have a rat problem. After they tackle that problem I will write another review to let members know how the company is doing now.
