Demand Pest Control

In July of 2011 we moved into our newly purchased home. Since it was a foreclosure home the maintenance had not been done. There were black widows in the entrance way and the garage. We called this service. He came the following day. Sprayed all around the house, even found a nest of black widows!! He made sure all our rooms were sprayed our garage was sprayed. I was so apprehensive about bringing my small dogs because of the bugs but he assured me that the pests would be gone and they were. I have used Deman Pest Control for over a year now! I love it.

He shows up every other month. The reason that I got him originally was that we were looking for a house to buy and we went into a rental and there were bugs in the house and all of the pest control companies wanted a one year or a two year contract while we knew we were going to move and he was the only one that said that he would do a month to month treatment. He also said that after we found a place if we wanted he would come and take a look and that was the only reason I started using him. He is here every other month and if I find ants or problems in between the time that he visits, he will come back at no additional charge and take care of the problem. He used to work for a major pest control company. He is a one-man show. He is just by himself. He is not a big company. Actually he has somebody helping him once in a while but most of the time I only see him. His price is very good. I pay $55 every two months. He doesn't have a strict schedule to show up at a certain time. He shows up in the same week but I don't always know what day of the week. I would continue to use him in the future.

He used to work for a major pest control outfit but he branched out and went on his own. I can call him if something happens and I have a problem in between his visits and he comes out at no extra charge and takes care of it. We originally had a six-month contract with him because we were moving, but he did such a great job that we continued with his services even after we moved. There is a particular day on which he comes and there is no set time. I just unlock the gate to the backyard and he shows up on that day every other month. He will also be here within a day if I call him for some special service, and then he gives me a time and shows up at that time.
