They gave us a bid of $3400.00. They said they took credit cards. When they charged our card, they couldn't give us a receipt, but said they would email us the receipt as soon as they got home. They did not send us a receipt and they charged us $3600.00. We called them many times and they would not answer the phone or even call us back. We left messages on on their answer machine each time we called. We finally called Angi and filed a complaint. They said they would contact them to see what the reason for the extra $200.00. Was for. We have not received a call back from Angi. We won't be using Mountain Thunder Tree Service or Angi anymore.
