+ -1 moreSergio built me a very nice looking and solid trellis/screen. He helped me on several occasions previously: changed gas supply tubes for stove/range ($70 parts and labor), fixed a burner on stove ($30 labor), replaced kitchen sink faucet ($35 labor) and fixed overhead light in kitchen ($35 labor). Please note that the prices are historical and subject to change. I hired Sergio because I have seen his quality work on his own house. To explain his fine workmanship and qualification, he is part of the maintenance team at a large high end/exclusive establishment and repairs many different things every day. Personally, he is one of the nicest and most hardworking guys I have ever met.
Description of Work: Material and labor to design and build a 8'x4' trellis/screen out of redwood and steel-bolted base (through cement driveway) in front of my side door.
