In early October, I Scheduled same day service through the main number. No show/no call. I called the next day and there was no explanation or apology. Scheduled again, when he didn’t arrive during scheduled window I called the company. They gave me repairman’s number. When he finally arrived, said we needed new water intake valve, $400 part he would order. He stated the part would arrive by the following Tuesday and he would be back by the end of the week to instal. I paid him $69 on that day. I had to continually call him to get him back with the new part (3 weeks). He finally installed the new part but it did not fix the problem. He said he needed to come back with the Miele specialist (I had been told he was the Miele specialist). This was Nov 9. He called 11/21 and said he would be there 11/22 (day before Thanksgiving). No show/no call. Haven’t heard anything since.

ef broke down and a main board was needed to replace. They set up two appointments with me and both were no show. Then asked for tech's direct ph number, he set up another estimate stating I needed to pay 35,000 for a new main board. The most unprofessional company I have dealt with.

Told me had a bad evaporator and it was a big job and would probably cost $1900.00. When I questioned that pricing he called his boss , then said $1400.00 but if I paid cash it would be 1300.00. Had the repair done by Box Appliance for $530.00. If you want to be ripped off call Reliable.
