I will say the company tried to make things right and they did but it took months. Ordered ADA compliant shower. Tub/shower to just shower install. Took 2 months before they could start. No slope made under base and base not sloped for drainage. Drain put in wrong place. Water leaked everywhere from shower. Floor suppose to be waterproof but floor was only water resistant and not equipped to handle amount of water coming from shower. Project mgr installed a lip around shower base but it didn?t help at all. Project mgr did say base was defective from manufacturer. It took another 3 months to get new base. But workers said this base wasn?t right. Another 6 weeks wait. Mind you, I had paid in full except I held back $2900 from credit card payment. I contacted them 48 hours after installation regarding problems. At the end and before shower correction was done, $2900 put back on my credit card. They never did get my signature for job completion , but they made sure they got their money of $22 000. I was on time with each payment too.

Home Depot should not recommend them. We have been waiting almost two weeks to have my 80+-year-old mom shower redone. They left the equipment outside of the home for over a week and still no guarantee of when it will be done. Horrible service and nowhere near the turnaround time they promise. 

All work was done as promised on time and as requested. Everyone I dealt with from our salesman to our installers were super friendly and had our best interest in mind. The finished product is stunning and was done at a great price. You can't beat these guys, they're simply the best. Jeff our project manager and Steve the owner were always around checking the work. Roberto and Pedro, were very friendly, and super knowledgeable in all aspects of the construction. Don, our salesman, made a lot of promises, and all of them were kept. Thank you Don, Steve, Roberto, Pedro, and Jeff . See you guys soon for the addition of our second bathroom!!

I liked working with them so much that when I get vacant units I will call them to replace the tubs with showers.
