Ken's Asphalt

Both deposit & final payment by check without seeing finished product. A BIG mistake on my part as I lost leverage of with holding large payment!!!!! Did not complete paving job as expected/contracted. Driveway area is now smaller than original which makes it necessary for me to run off driveway edge to make turn with boat trailer, thus causing driveway edge to crack and give way after time. Job site left messy with broken pieces of pipe and drain cover scattered on ground and excess gravel left on NEIGHBORS lot. Oil stains ruined garage door paint. Met with me about my concerns; told me he would complete paving job to my satisfaction. Further told me to have the garage door painted and have him billed. I paid for painting (good thing) as I believed his comment about finishing the paving to my satisfaction was good faith effort to make it right. Have since found friends in the same area that have had problems with his returning to handle any problems. Work done in May, 2011. After two letters and one meeting has not be back to address problems as of 11-11-11.

They provided an excellent service. They started the day after new years and did the grading and they started the paving in April. The new driveway was over 800 ft. He was very accomodating!
