+ -1 moreThey seemed to be reliable upon first impression and seemed to want to help. No calls on status and no help in fixing the blower.
Description of Work: We brought in our yard blower that was not operating about 4 weeks ago. The salesman said it would be 20.00 to look at it and take about a week to fix. We called after not hearing from them 2 wks later and they said they had not been able to fix it yet but it only needed a tuneup. Two weeks later we still had not heard back and today we called and he said it was a dead unit. We asked why they did not let us know and he said they tried to fix it first. We are picking it up today and they got 20.00 for letting it sit in their shop for a month. Bad service and we will not use again.

+ -1 moreI took in a power washed to get an estimate for repair. I was told that they would call me in 3-5 days but no later than the next Monday. Three weeks later, and after having been promised a call back with an estimate 4 times I picked up the power washer. As I was picking it up two other customers came in picking up a blower and generator that they still did not have an estimate for after over two months. Whether they can fix anything is immaterial if they never get to it.
Description of Work: Work that should have been performed was a tune-up and fixing an oil leak.
