Carlos & Edgar did a great job moving my piano. They provided a good cost estimate in advance and booked me for an appointment promptly. They were courteous, professional and good at their job. They gave me great service for a reasonable price. I would hire them again for any moving or hauling projects.

The move was seamless. Moved from San Jose from a public storage RJ a third story apartment in Oakland. These guys moved fast, didn’t waste any time, and they were very efficient. They had a system going with just the two of them. The price is reasonable compare to other moving services I talked to. I would definitely hire them again if needed.

Communication was excellent. Courteous, honest, friendly, on time and efficient. Carlos paid attention to detail to make sure nothing would be damaged. He showed a genuine concern about my situation and adjusted his pricing accordingly. I will hire him when I relocate again.

My move went absolutely fabulous, I was very nervous not knowing what to expect first time using professional movers but they came in & Took over started wrapping everything up, boxing everything up, the entire time hustling and moving just trying to get the job done but still being extremely careful and gentle with my personal things, the crew of four handled it the first day they pre-packed everything probably working 10 to 12 hours day & the second day they came in and started moving items from our old house to the new home, they worked a 14 hour day they literally worked till the entire job was done, I hopefully don’t have to move again for a very long time but I would use them again in a heartbeat and I’m definitely recommending carlos to other friends who are looking to move over the summer, Carlos and his crew did an amazing job, very very pleased!!!

This move couldn't have gone more smoothly. A special thanks goes to Carlos Mora whose customer service support is exemplary. I packed what could be packed into boxes. Everything else was either covered in blankets or shrinkwrapped and arrived in excellent condition.

He confirmed my move in a timely manner and was punctual upon arrival. He was efficient and effective. I needed to mount my TV and he went above and beyond to make sure I had the right tools necessary for a successful installation. I am amazed at what a terrific job these guys did for my move. I was overpacked by a ton of boxes, and Carlos got all these on the truck with no room for an ant in the back of the truck. Everything got here safe and they even beat us here with the delivery. Moved all boxes and furniture into the areas we designated. Carlos did this delivery by himself which was over and above excellent service. I would highly recommend this company to help you with your move. It was awesome!!! They were so quick, a move that was expected to take about 4-5 hours was wrapped up within 2, and that’s up two flights of stairs in the city!! They were so helpful and easy to coordinate with, just an overall wonderful experience. Will definitely hire again!!

Carlos and his assistant were amazing in moving my antique piano. With in 20 or so minutes or asking for a quote I received a phone call regarding the process they use and how much it would cost to get the job done! They handled it with great care and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service with out question. I cannot thank them enough. Additionally, they followed COVID-19 guidelines and sanitized and wore masks the entire time!

Great work. Got it done, no damage to furniture, glass, etc. They were polite, thoughtful and VERY hard-working. Mailed me one small item they found in their truck next day, after calling to let me know. Carlos Mora was great on the phone, setting this up, and called the job pretty exactly. When you are getting ready to move, people say, "moving is never fun." Let me tell you, it might not be "fun," but with Carlos and his team, it was EASY. This was the most pleasant experience in moving I've ever had. Professional, efficient, and transparent in pricing and process, I truly couldn't be happier. There was a small change in pricing after the job was done as it took them a little longer than was quoted, and honestly, I was expecting it because it was fair, and we had more items than we thought. Everything arrived in our new home undamaged and earlier than we had initially expected. I got quotes from about ten different companies, and even with this small price change, they still were one of the more affordable options. Thank you, Carlos! If I'm ever able to use your service again, I will not hesitate at all. I will be recommending you to anyone moving out of the Bay Area.

I hired Carlos’s company to move my STAIRMASTER from my parents home to my new apartment. Carlos and his team pulled up earlier then their scheduled time and waited patiently for me even after I was late. Carlos was super friendly and even moved other furniture out of the way (and put it back after) to get to my BIG GIANT STAIRMASTER of almost 500 lbs. Their team systematically and carefully moved my stairmaster which was not an easy task. They were super friendly and courteous. I was super anxious and worried about any damage, but Carlos kept me calm and told me it’s going to be all alright. Getting it into my apartment on 3rd floor was no easy task but they did it.. The toughest was getting it through my front door, but they even managed to get it through that. They even helped me figure out the best place to put it in my small apartment. They were the best and Carlos has definitely become my favourite go-to-guy if I ever need help with moving. I definitely recommend him to all. Carlos even fixed my shower head for free. The kindest gesture was when he was teaching my son how to fix the shower head along the way. A humble, kind and honest man, I recommend him to everyone who needs help with moving. Last but not least, Carlos beat everyone’s price (and I had called about 9 moving companies before I chose him). I hope people take this review into account when they are looking for a moving company. It doesn’t get better then this.
