Bay area's best relocation came through in the clutch for me. I had a moving appointment set up with another company and they did a no show. I was so stressed out because I had to be out that day. I called a few moving companies out of desperation to see if I could book an emergency move but had no luck. I called Bay area's best relocation and spoke to Carlos. He assured that he would have a truck and crew at my home within an hour and to my surprise they showed up. The move went smoothly and my nerves were calmed. They did a superb job and the price was more than fair. There was no extra fee for booking the job at such short notice which I appreciated very much. Carlos you and your guys really saved the day and my family and I thank you very much.

GREAT! The movers complied as promised, with efficient, professional and friendly service. The Baby Grand Piano is a treasure of my 93 year old mother and I am happy to say that it was treated as such. I would definitely use Carlos and his company again if the need arises. I will also recommend them to my friends and associates.

These humans were such a pleasure to work with. I couldn't get over how professional each of them was — and perhaps more tellingly, how kind each one was. My partner remarked on it several times: "These guys are so *nice*! They're the nicest movers I've ever had!" They were careful with our belongings and got everything moved in pretty quickly. My one suggestion would be that a handtruck (in addition to dollies) would be useful for pulling stacks of boxes up stairs quickly; they might be able to get more done in less time.

Great moving company. No stress. Highly recommend it. We moved with Carlos and his associates from Palo Alto to SF. Carlos' group was experienced, fast, and professional. They had no problem delivering our furniture despite the *25 degrees* incline of our new street in SF! Their packing was impeccable and Chris and Ness we're super up beat about the whole thing. They turned the stress of moving out into a breeze. 10/10 would recommend it.

Carlos and team were great. They were on time and prepared to move the beast. They wrapped it to protect it. I have a unique turning set of stairs getting up to my house. Carlos and team came up with an inventive approach. It was still a tough go of it. But, they got it done. No scratches, scrapes or... Perfect

Very efficient, fast and polite people. They took very good care of my furnitures (wrapping blankets and tape and plastic wrap) and made it safe to my new place. They also did disassembling and reassembling of my queen bed and dining table. Prices were also great considering they even agreed to stop by somewhere to pick up a couch. If you want a stress-free move, I highly recommend hiring these guys. Thanks Naz and Carlos!

The owner is very friendly and didn’t charge us an exhorbitant amount of money to move our parent’s furniture into storage. They had to pack and move some very large, valuable antiques and did an excellent job. They also communicated well with us before and during the move and asked questions when necessary. Highly recommended!

Outstanding. I had a tricky refrigerator move during a home remodel that the appliance company couldn't figure out, so they just left it in my garage. Carlos came by for a free estimate, figured out how to do it, and projected a sense of "I've got this", which was well appreciated when the nerves were going through the roof on how we were going to complete the kitchen. His crew was very courteous, moving trash out of the way that the contractor should have done, and even sweeping up. They sent me back to work with a sense of confidence while they worked with the contractor to the fridge moved in. 90 minutes later I had a call saying it was all taken care of. Great job. Super efficient, very fast, great service. We had lots of big furniture on a three floor walkup with very little space to move. They wrapped up everything and there were no issues. On the other side we had two flights to get up. They did our whole large 2bd / 2ba place in 5 hours. Not sure why they show up as expensive as I found them to be very reasonable and very efficient. I don't think they took any breaks at all! Very happy with their service.

Flawlessly. Carlos was so professional from start to finish. He called to reconfirm the appointment and needs to make sure he had everything in line when they arrived. When they did arrive they were on time, professional and took great care in moving my furniture to ensure no damages. They were done on time and no surprises on the bill at the end.

Excellent service. Very professional and made my move so easy. This company was referred to me by a friend who raves about their moving services. I have moved quite a few times in my life and I have to say this was the smoothest move and I would definitely use them again if I ever move. The owner was on top of everything making sure all my items were protected to the max and they even set up my bedroom set and tv’s and all when we got to the new place. I can’t believe how well rested I was the night after our move (which usually I wouldn’t be able to move a muscle in my past moves).
