He originally installed a new computer for the refrigerator to fix the freezer from icing up. Then he came out to install a thermostat for the freezer for the same issue within a month. He has came out a total of three times to try and fix this problem that keeps occurring. Our warranty says he have 90 days from original date of service to have the problems fixed, which was on 9/26/13, he then came back on 10/24/13. After that date he said he was too busy around Thanksgiving to come out, my husband had to take the freezer apart to clean it out of ice. In January, someone else came out to de-ice the freezer again. Every four weeks there is the same problem. After we called today, he said he cannot help us, he needed to take care of his parents. We said we need to be serviced we paid the $400, he replied, "sue me."

They were prompt and on time. They were very professional and nice. They have knowledgeable employees. I have not had any more problems with the refrigerator or washing machine that they repaired. The repairs that they did were good. They took care of the problem with one trip, I mean they didn't have to come back and re-fix something or order another part.

OUR DYNASTY GAS STOVE STOPPED WORKING 3 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS THAT I WAS HOSTING. I CALLED AROUND TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANY'S AND TALKING TO ONE COMPANY THAT SOLD MY STOVE THE GENTLEMAN WAS BUYING A PART THERE AND SAID HE COULD COME OVER. HE CAME OVER AND BROUGHT THE PARTS THAT HE THOUGHT WOULD FIX IT AFTER SPEAKING WITH ME ON THE PHONE AND WITHIN HOURS WE HAD A WORKING STOVE. HE ALSO EXPLAINED HOW TO USE THE STOVE SINCE WE DID NOT GET ANY PAPERWORK WHEN WE MOVED IN.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY REPLACED BOTH IGNITER AND ALIGNED THE BURNER WITH THE IGNITION PLATE.
