We will not use her services
Description of Work: I set an appt for an estimate. First, Barbara was 25 mins late. When I called to find out what happened I got another family member who said they would have her call me back. 10 mins later I get a call saying she would be to my apt by 11:30. At 11:45 I get a call from Barbara sayinf she cannot get her equipment up my stairs. I told her we have an elevator. Her response was, "I just don't think we can do it." I told her we are on 2nd floor during initial call, and she stated no concern. Do not waste people precious time! My time is valuable and I would not ever waste yours. She was completely unprofessional and clearly LAZY!

I sent an email via their website, requesting an estimate. Not certain they would service my area, I did not provide the detailed information initially. My email was responded too quite promptly, even though it was nearly 7pm in the evening. I then provided details and within an hour was provided with the estimate. They even replied to my additional questions. Based on their other reviews, it seems as though they provide great service, based on their prompt and professional responses, I'm certain I'll come to find out some day. They were a bit high for my budget on this project, but I'm likely to try again.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. MY HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN. THE LADY WHO CLEANED WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. SHE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. SHE BROUGHT ALL THE CLEANING SUPPLIES.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED MY HOUSE FOR 90 DOLLARS. THE LADY DID A GENERAL CLEANING TO MY HOUSE.
