He is really good at what he does,

The job consisted of two items requiring plaster repair: The Living room ceiling and a part of living room wall. The repair for the ceiling was perfect. Although the repair for the wall required a second visit, the vendor returned and completed the repair on the wall as soon as it was requested. I would recommend this vendor to my friends

They arrived on time and did exactly what we wanted and were very easy to talk to and did the work efficiently and we would recommend them to others very highly. It was so nice to have competent and caring workmen.

Mike and his crew were on time and did an excellent job, and told me what to do to prevent water from damaging the stucco, they were very professional. I would use Mike again.

Good man, good work. I will use him again.

Price quoted was outrageously high.

I had various jobs and found someone who could do all of them.

I honestly can't rate the quality of the work since while I was promptly contacted and an appointment for an estimate scheduled, the contractor later called to cancel the appointment and said he'd call to reschedule later. Over a week later and he has yet to contact me again.

I ended up doing the job myself with friends. I was on a tight budget and when I realized I could do it myself with some help, I had a popcorn removal party. Thanks Mike for being so flexible. Mike came out and was honest and gave a good quote. I just couldn't afford him for this job at this time. Thanks.

So I cannot rate. But I cannot continue the questionnaire without answering that question.

I had the same experience as Terri V. in Burbank! Michael called me the day after I put in my request in to Home Advisor. It was a holiday weekend, he came out on Sunday to give the estimate. I was working within a tight budget and he gave me options to save money. I called him on Memorial Day, thinking I would just leave a message and he answered the phone. He told me he was at a Dodger game! Three days later he was at my house and the job was completed in a day. I could not be happier with the results.
