They are fantastic. Their work is good, they are responsive, and they give excellent advice as to what needs to be done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend them; I just couldn't afford them. The man was completely friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing. I would have loved to have used them, but I couldn't afford them in my budget.

We ended up waiting for weeks to get a price quote. They told us they were waiting on specs from the pump manufacturer to estimate proper pricing for us. We could understand it, but it seemed like they had dropped the ball.

I have a 1940's house and a couple of my drains were really slow so I hired VHL to come out and clear them up. They charged by the hour for the job and they worked hard! They did wind up coming back a second time as we realized I needed the roots cleaned out of the main line to the street as well. And now it's ALL-GOOD. They responded quickly both times I called them. I'd use them again in a minute.

Augustine showed up on time the first day. He only fixed the toilet saying he didn't have the replacement rubber ring for the shower faucets. No one followed up for 3 weeks. I called the office several times. Once, Terren said the computer was down but never followed up. The day Augustine showed up at the job site without the appointment, my tenant had to rush home. Augustine's English was limited. He said it would take 2 hrs and would charge $250. I asked him to send me the bill with detailed description. However, when I confirmed the job with my tenant, she said Augustine only spent 30-40 min. He left the apartment twice saying he had the wrong sizes. The day he fixed the toilet, it took him 5 minutes. I called the office and left 2 messages demanding the explanation. No one ever called back.I called many times more but the message box was full. I waited for the bill. Instead, my tenant received the bill with the only description "water leak from toilet--$250."

A gentleman named Bobby usually comes over and he is absolutely wonderful. His work is always really good and he carries himself in a professional manner. I recommend their services.

VHL Plumbing showed up on time, did the work promptly and cleaned up the work area. I chose this company because it was the only one that would give a rough estimate for the work. Every other company I phoned would only give me the price for showing up to give an estimate. They say that price can then be applied to the cost of the work, but this makes it impossible to comparison shop. VHL gave a rough estimate while emphasizing they wouldn't know for sure until they saw our sink area. When they arrived, the plumber didn't then "discover" problems. An honest plumbing service? For me they were!

Bobby was sent to access the problem of what appeared to be a faulty shut-off valve. He was prompt and courteous. He gave me an estimate, which I thought was incredibly low for the work. The next day Bobby and the owner came by, froze the pipes and replaced the valve. These guys were fantastic and I got to say, it is comforting to know I now have plumbers I can trust.

VHL responded immediately when I called scheduling me for the first appointment the next day. Bob arrived promptly, discovered the problem, showed me what would be required, and proceeded to quickly go out and buy a replacement pump. They charged me for only two hours of service which I appreciated. Suggestion: be sure to tell VHL as much as you can about what your plumbing problems are so they will be prepared with the appropriate pipes etc. to make the repairs.

They were on time, friendly on the phone, and when we had an issue with the toilet they came back a few days later free of charge to fix it. They seem to do good work...we will be using them again, when we next need plumbing service. Their price seems competitive with everyone else we called.

Vince (the owner) answered his own phone on the first call. He was friendly and immediately responsive with an initial quote. Bobby the installer was prompt, neat and quick in his work. Despite some difficulty with parts, they were European fixtures without all the corrrect American plumbing attachments. The work went well. We are pleased with the installation.

They were very professional and showed up on time and cleaned up after they were done. They were also very helpful in selecting alternative faucets because the first ones we bought did not fit our counter top. They referred us to a fixture vendor that offered out of the ordinary size faucets (because we couldn't find one at the local Pacific Sales/Home Depot etc... stores). Plumbing work is expensive so it's hard to rate them an A on price, but they were competitive with other quotes and worth the money in the long run because the job turned out to be a lot more complicated than we thought it would be (e.g. it required sawing away from under the counter to make the faucet fit).

Very good guys. Very honest. I had this work quoted from a competitor and I was quoted $300 bucks more. I knew this was too much, so I had VHL check it out. They made a fair offer, did the work quick, and did it right. Finally I have an honest plumber.

THEY WORKED REALLY HARD, THEY WERE QUICK , AND THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEY SPENT THEIR TIME ONLY ON THAT. IT WAS REALLY GOOD. I WAS SATISFIED WITH IT.
