They gave me an honest appraisal of what it would take to do the job. They selected a brake that would be advantageous for my specific job. They provided me with an accurate written estimate. The brake was installed and it works.

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with any company, ever, and I used to own a Dell computer! It started out fine when I called the toll-free number for U-Haul and made my reservation for a truck in Studio City. I went there bright and early the next morning, waited in line for close to 45 minutes to find out the girl on the phone the night before had reserved my truck in Burbank. OK, so I drive to Burbank which is not far, but an extra added delay. I get there at around 10 a.m. and there is literally two lines of people out the door and into the parking lot. I was so irritated. Also, the two employees seemed to be completely inexperienced and could barely use their computers. One of the guys actually answered his cell-phone and started talking to his buddy about how awful it was and how everyone was being jerks to him! I wonder why? Anyway, I waited almost two hours to get my truck, was not apologized to at all for the wait, then when I called to tell the girl at U-Haul I needed to keep the truck a bit longer because of the delay in the morning, she gave me total attitude, said "fine, keep it until 3:00 and hung up on me!!!! I thought I was in the twilight zone. Needless to say this was the worst experience renting a truck I have ever had. If I can't get any positive response via the toll-free customer service or in the actual facility, I seriously doubt I will ever use this company again.
