Description of Work: They are excellent, have had them for a few years..all of a sudden they don't call me back... Very nice people, I am concerned if they are ok, or still in business, can you find out?

+ -1 moreGuillermo was amazing. He was so thorough, went above and beyond to get what turned into a difficult task, done, and hands down the pricing was beyond reasonable. I refused to pay the little amount he charged and asked him to double the price (yes, literally double the price) because that is what I was quoted over the phone AND the quoted price was significantly lower than anyone else that I called to get a quote for the job that had to be done. The job turned out to be harder than expected, no less. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, and I will DEFINITELY be using this company in the future. Actually, I will never use any other company, as long as they are in business. As a new home owner, every company I call for a quote seems to want to try and screw me, this is the first that didn't. Not to mention, they were working on a Sunday and came on the same day notice.
Description of Work: Connect a common wire on my upstairs unit and added a common wire to my downstairs unit so that my new Nest thermostats would work.
