Smart Yards Inc. was formed by two construction professionals who have each worked in Southern California for over 36 years. Paul Easley, a licensed contractor, and Walter Hagedohm, a licensed architect, have partnered with both residential and commercial clients to provide solutions that bring quality design and value to their construction projects. Smart Yards offers a licensed, bonded, professional team to provide the set of services you require. Smart Yards’ experienced professionals are licensed as General Building Contractors, Landscape Contractors, Synthetic Turf Installers, and Architecture. The Smart Yards team has experience in residential and commercial development and understands the entire process from design to installation. Professionals who can develop a plan that incorporates the customer’s vision and budget to provide you with a great looking project at a fair price.
