We had arrived home the night before from a 17 day vacation with a lot of dirty clothes. I got up and started doing laundry and after the second load in the washer I realized it was leaking. I called Fred and he came within 20 minutes and had my washer back up and running fine within an hour of arrival. We received the same prompt professional service that we had when he came to repair our refrigerator/freezer a few months before. I highly recommend him and he is definitely our "go to" appliance repair man.

I called on the weekend and he came on the same day to take a look at the problem. He did not have the part on him, he had to order it. I ended up having to pay for the diagnostic fee and the trip charge, as well as the repair and part fees. He fixed the fan. Everything has been fine ever since.

The repair person was professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We were satisfied with the service.

came out found a bigger problem than just a tune up (a problem we suspected anyway). came back did the fix, repaced power panel, charged up the system and it works now like new.

We have used Fred twice. He shows up on time, works quickly and knows what he is doing. I would call him first before replacing a major appliance to see if he can repair it. .

Fred was cool. I called at 8am, he said he would be there between 10-11am. He showed up at 945. Refrigerator was fixed and he was gone by by 10:15. Great service, fast, fair price!!!

Service provider states services ALL brands. They do not service LG which is what I have.

They needed to be replaced-no parts are available

Repair man made it a point to fit me into his schedule. He arrived quickly, got to work, finished his job and gave me a $25.00 discount. Much better than purchasing a new $650.00 Kenmore refrigerator.

Fixed the problem and performed some maintenance that needed to be done. Advised against something else that was unnecessary, which I appreciated.

I didn't actually use him for his services because his quote was too expensive for me but he was terrific otherwise. He was highly professional, on time, and pleasant to deal with.

The control panel on our microwave had fallen away from the unit. I thought we might have to buy a new microwave. I called Fred and he came over to inspect the problem. Long story short, he was able to reattach the control panel and the microwave is now working well. I can't say enough about Fred's professionalism and would recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair.

Fred, the installer, was able to come soon after I called. He had to install a complicated ice maker, which he did with no problem. He was prompt, courteous, professional and did a very good job. He even called the next day to see if it was working properly. I give him highest marks.

I called Sharp Appliance to come out and fix our electric clothes dryer. Service provider was responsive and delivered same day service. Fred, the owner was professional and courteous. He arrived over 30 minutes outside the promised window of time, but did stay in contact. Once here he went right to work, and diagnosed a serious problem with our electric dryer. He replaced defective parts, cleaned and corrected a dangerous burnt lint situation, and did all the work in about an hour. he came back at an appointed time 10 days later to clean out the dryer vent hose which required work behind the dryer, below the floor, and outside. This cost another $125.00. I had been quoted a cheaper price a few months before by another provider, but chose to use Sharp for this because the original work had been done in a way that gave me confidence. I would use this provider again.

We called Fred at 9 A.M. on a Sunday, he arrived as promised around 10 A.M. Immediate diagnosis of the problem and began repairs within minutes. He was gone by 11 and refrigerator is running just as it has for the last 15 years. We are so happy to keep our appliance and at a reasonable enough price.

The price seemed a bit excessive just to put on a screw on an oven door. The guy did show up on time and the company was easy to get in touch with to schedule the service.

Fred called us right away, and was able come out within a day of our call. He was prompt and courteous. My husband and I definately plan on using him for any future needs. We are so grateful to Fred. We prefer to repair our older appliances, rather than replace them with new equipment with the computer components. They just work better, and last longer. Fred is professional and very competent. He answered our call on a Saturday morning and said he would be at our address within the hour. He met the time commitment! He had the necessary replacement parts and completed the repair in a very reasonable amount of time. He cleaned up the work area. We were able to get on with our day with no inconvenience or worries. We have attached his card to the fridge in case of future need.

Mr. Khudanyen was punctual, courteous, accommodating and efficient. Late Friday night I called requesting Saturday morning service for my gas dryer and by 9:30 am Saturday morning all my repairs were completed in less than an hour. Plus, he swept my laundry area. Gotta love that. I wish all service providers were as pleasant and proactive as he is.

I don't know that there was anything that went above and beyond. It was very standard.

I like them. They did a very good job. They are o top of the list, have lots of stars and good reviews.

Overall, it went pretty good. They were friendly and did the work that we asked them to do and it was good. They do return calls and they were also always responsive.

I own a couple of rental houses. Any time one of my tenants calls about anything, plumbing, AC, Heating, appliance repair, my first call is to Sharp Appliance Repair. Fred, the owner, is prompt, polite, effecient, fair and honest. He is one of the best "handyman" a property owner could ask for. On this occasion, my tenant called and said there was no hot water. Fred was out there that day and made the repair without needing to replace the water heater. He sends me an invoice, I send him a check. Fred is so personable, my tenants love it when they call me with a problem and Fred returns their call.
