It went great. Our dishwasher suddenly stopped cleaning the dishes. Fred responded to my call and agreed to come take a look within two hours. He arrived promptly and cleaned out lines and replaced a part. When we started a load of dishes, the machine made a new weird sound: Fred came right back and fixed that problem. Very pleased with his service.

We could not have been more pleased. Fred was very polite, professional, punctual and clear with his diagnosis. After explaining the problem, he was quick to solve the issues and he repaired our washing machine right away. We would call him again any time!

Fred was punctual and flexible. He worked around my availability. Gave me a window of time of 9 am to 11 am but arrived at 0850 am. How often does that happen? I was thrilled. Checked out the problem. Work not done since cost of repair too costly for age of range.

Called Friday evening past 6 pm, spoke with Fred, he offered an appointment for the following morning on Saturday 9-11 am. Fred came just few minutes after 9 am, he identified the issue very quickly but did not have a replacement part with him. Instead of waiting until Monday, he found a part available at a different location, drove several miles to personally pick it, returned promptly, fixed the issue and my refrigerator is working again. Amazing service, on time and good price. I would use his service again and highly recommend Fred for any appliance repairs.

Service was good, the dishwasher didn't work and they didn't know what was wrong. So they had me order and buy parts. He had to charge more for the long drive. I wont use him again because is too far away.

Fred is amazing! We have used his service for all our appliance needs for several years now after finding him on Angie's list. Prompt arrival, quick diagnosis of problem, repair made expertly. My veteran heavy duty dryer--better than most new ones-- is back in business. I previously called Fred for another appliance repair and he is honest, fair and totally knowledgeable. He is what you want in an independent repair person.

After they left the dryer still needed work and I had to call someone else.

Technician was prompt, polite, and very helpful. Heating unit diagnostic led to the replacement of high limit thermostat safety switch and capacitor. Cost was $475 ($275 for the part and $200 for the trip and an hour of service.). The call was on the day after Christmas when many companies arent working and the unit is on the roof. Still, the cost seemed high.

Called spoke with Fred he came the next morning Elements within the heating system that needed replacing. I had the thermostat replaced filters changed and had the system cleaned out I've been in my house 4 years and the heating and cooling never seemed to work right. But after Fred worked on it the system is now working amazingly well. Fred knows what he's doing he's a gentleman and I highly recommend him.

It went extremely well. The problem began over the weekend so I called Monday morning to have it repaired. The technician came that morning and was exactly on time. He immediately determined that the condenser motor had gone bad. He even had the correct part for my Jenn Air refrigerator in his truck. The part was installed in a reasonable amount of time and the problem was solved.
