It went really well. He was very friendly over the phone, and showed up on time. The repair is working well.

Our washer machine stopped not working. I called Sharp Appliances and Fred came an hour later. He was very nice and professional. He found out that a part needed to be replaced. He made some calls and found the part and went to pick it up across town to speed up the process. The machine is old and that is why it was hard to find a replacement part. The next day Fred came and installed it and the washer is working great now!

Came out the next day after my call and was totally honest and straight forward with the details concerning the repair of my oven. The price was more than fair and although I decided not to make the repair, I will call Sharp the next time I need any appliance repair and, indeed, electrical work.

They came out on Thanksgiving day. They were so nice, they came out an hour after I called. He was able to fix the oven. He also looked at my refrigerator while he was there too and ordered some filters for that.

I found this appliance repair man through Angie's List. He is wonderful, honest and always looks for the simple fix first rather than trying to make a profit off things that don't really need fixing. I called him to fix my dishwasher and while he was here i mentioned my ice maker didn't work. He fixed the dishwasher and got the ice maker working again while he waits for the part to completely fix it. I also mentioned that in our other property the fridge was having issues. He fixed that as well! He is so professional and great to work with! I highly suggest him. My husband is going to be so happy, before when an appliance would go bad I would just buy a new one, not any more!

It went very well! Fred was super responsive, explained the problem, tested the theory and made the ex quickly. He is extremely friendly and competent. We’re used to him before with excellent results.

I spoke to Fred and he was very flexible on when he could come out to look at my washing machine. He was punctual and made it clear that he would provide an estimate before doing any work. After giving the estimate he discussed the pros and cons of repairing the machine versus buying a new one. He did not use jargon or vague statements; instead, he was clear on why he thought it was worth repairing the machine. After I agreed on the repair, Fred completed the work and also checked the hoses, fittings and filters. He did this in under an hour. He left the area clean and was careful not to track dirt into the house. Fred emphasized that he is reachable at all hours and able to work most hours. This is reassuring when it comes to the major appliances he services. I didn't know anything about the price of parts or of the labor charge but I figure $200 is reasonable given Fred's professional service. I would definitely use him again.

Our refrigerator had stopped working on a Saturday night. We called and Fred came Sunday morning at 8am. He assessed the problem and fixed it within a half hour. He was friendly and followed up later that evening to make sure the problem was fixed. They also have a warranty on their parts and labor which is great.

We have used Sharp Appliance for many years. Maintaining appliances in an apartment complex is no easy task. I would highly recommend this company for any size appliance problem!
