+ -1 moreThese people subcontract for Pacific Outdoor Living. An appointment was made yesterday with Christine - she picked the time for 1:00 today and I said ok. Today, they were a no show and no call...nothing. After I called the main office about the no show, then they called me. They said my appt. was confused with another appointment so that's why they didn't show up. They were rather flippant about it and I simply do not believe this story. Not very professional. The main office said they would refund my $500 deposit.
Description of Work: Consult appointment for a landscaping job at my house.

+ -1 moreI think it is a one person operation. He came out and gave a pretty good quote. He was very professional and responsive. He got back to me and was helpful and willing to work with me. I just ended up not doing the project.

+ -1 moreRapid response to email request for quote. They came out right away and got the landscaping plan and reviewed it. Came back with suggestions on modifications and provided a quote within a week of our request. We evaluated their estimate against several others and decided that they provided the best overall value (not necessarily the lowest price). They coordinated with the paving company to ensure that irrigation lines were properly installed and also electrical lines for lighting were done properly. They had all plants delivered and supervised the planting and irrigation. They subsequently helped to troubleshoot a problem with the fountain that was installed simultaneously.
Description of Work: Completely redid the landscaping in our backyard. Coordinated with the paving stone company to ensure that all irrigation lines were in the right spot. Took landscape design we had and modified it as necessary to ensure a beautiful backyard.
