We upgraded a small apartment building's 1938 electrical system which left us with a number of holes that needed to be patched and walls that needed to be painted. We used Lenny Castillo from Ole Time Painting in Burbank for both patching and painting and he was amazing. He does the work himself and does it well. He even handled an area that was damaged from water (separate problem) and it's hard to even tell where the damaged area was once he was through with it. Between Fairway Electric and Ole Time Painting the whole electrical upgrade was a breeze. Everyone was surprised to hear how easy it was to modernize the property but it was really Lenny from Ole Time Painting and Paul from Fairway Electric that made the experience wonderful, stress-free, and easy. I've hired Lenny for multiple projects now and have always been happy with his work. He is my first call whenever painting is needed.

I emailed them twice and didn't receive a response. I called them and he stated he was very busy and wouldn't be able to do the work until next month. He stated the Big Deal was more of a hassle than it was worth and he recommended me to call Angie's List to obtain a refund.

Ole Time Painting did an immaculate, top notch job! Lenny Castillo and his crew are highly skilled, take pride in their work and are extremely efficient. We hired them to repair the plaster and paint the entire exterior of our house as well as a large area of cement wall, sand and stain our garage door, prep and paint our deck and prep and paint our aging hot tub. Lenny and his crew turned our tired, dated looking spanish style house into a beautiful gem that all our new neighbors have been commenting on. Because we hadn't moved in yet, Lenny kept in constant contact with us with any questions that he and his crew had about the work. They were very conscientious to do exactly what we wanted. He even picked up new paint for the deck after we had second thoughts about the original color we had chosen and didn't complain at all about having to move patio furniture and heavy planter boxes off the deck and around the hot tub in order to clean, prep and paint. I first met Lenny and his business partner as a consequence of water damage. They painted a closet and bath area. They were the painters hired by the general contractor. Over the course of 2 months, I hired them to paint two bedrooms, a guest bathroom , my kitchen, dining room and lastly I had them paint my living room, which they finished last week . They did a very good job at a good price.
