Great service

I was experiencing leaks from my ceiling and didn't know what to do. I made an appointment with newhaus and they were right on time, they broke down all the steps for me and made sure i was aware at all times of what was going on. My job was easy all i had to do was sit back and enjoy.

Newhaus was upfront and low sales pressure. Their quality of work was outstanding (the roofing inspector commented that the work was the best heâ s seen. I ran the licenses of 5 bidders and Newhaus had zero complaints/ violation, as a few others had substantial â wrap sheetsâ . Iâ m going to hire them again for future work. Very pleased.

The project manager Art is great!! I have ever done a roof Installation. He was very knowledgeable, gave me step-by-step how Process would work. Everything time I called him to ask him questions he answered or replied quickly. It was nice to know that someone was there answer all my questions. The roofers were fast quick clean. Newhaus was easy and amazing to work with they designed the ideal kitchen for our family. Project manager Vic was professional and scheduling was done so carefully that our kitchen was done and completed in no time. Our kitchen came out amazing and we are memorized by the experience with newhaus thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts we hope to create wonderful memories in our house and new kitchen.

Very professional and headache free. Got my shingle roof redone in under 5 business days.

Sam was amazing from Newhaus. He came out and tarped my roof when it was leaking and took care of the whole project in a fast and efficient manner. Great customer service! Thanks Sam again!!

Dissatisfied with the project workmanship follow up and the current leaks. I have been waiting for 2 and a half weeks for them to respond to my emails and texts.

Poor communication from the installation crews No announcement of arrivals or departures. The last crew was on the roof for half an hour to install a roof vent and left without explanation or having installed the vent. Salesperson Robert S. was helpful in resolving installation concerns. We need better notifications on crew schedules and subcontractor delivery schedules.

With respect to the roofing people. it was a small job: their work is fine; I do not expect a leaky roof. My complaint is they said they would be at the work site then not show up. This happened three times.

Dishonest sales reps. Their roof repair fell apart after 7 months, and didn't even resolve the roof leak issue. I was ripped off!!! Stay far away from this company. I wanted to give zero stars but was unable to leave the star rating blank.
