excellent, the crew and crew supervisor were polite, efficient and fast

I had to watch the workers make sure the stuff was done watch instead of the project manager. Tried to leave The edge board too short I could see daylight between the end of the board and the fascia. In two areas if I had not noticed anyone who would have stepped on the corner of the roof would have gone through. I brought this to their attention and one of the workers tried to use a clamp to pull the fascia board in instead of just cutting a proper length of the board.

Hired Newhaus to repair a section of my roof. Visit was scheduled quickly, price was provided quickly and was lower than some competitors. Work finished expediently and correctly.

Started work without a valid permit. Failed to cover roof once exposed. Rain destroyed ceilings below roof. Still waiting to hear about how they plan to make me whole. Very poor performance. A warning to future potential customers. DON'T

This work was addressed immediately, workers were professional kept their work area clean and orderly Good quality materials were provided and the final product looks very good.

David has been and excellent project manager and has helped us understand everything that needs to be done. Chris and Peter are experts who helped work out a solid SOW for what our house needed. Granted, we are still only halfway through, but Angi is already nagging me for a review, so let's hope this story has a happy ending!

Our City of Gardena, CA has not issued a permit to NewHaus to complete this job. We have no roof after prompt removal, our solar panels are disconnected, and after a series of wind events we have tattered plastic covering our home. The Permit is promised tomorrow, the day after Easter in this Covid environment. It has been a month. We need help. We are retired...and scared. William Paul Petersen Rana Platz-Petersen.

We have old wooden shingles underneath the old asphalt shingles. They removed so much old material with 4 heavy House vents. The work crews removed all that plus this fake cement closed chimney which was solid & heavy. They where AMAZING!! Not only was All the work done fast & beautifully done they had it done before the estimate time that was given, over all with the complete job of removal & installation of the Extremely High pitch roof we also had the flat roof that was behind the pitch side done, they where Amazing, very professional & project Manager in contact with me in every step of the way. ð ð » Very satisfied in all general & will be RECOMMENDING to Family & Friends ð ð »ð ð »ð ð »ð ð »ð ð »
