+ -1 moreHe was very knowledgeable. I’m very skeptic. He knew his stuff and had the high tech equipment to show me the problem. My last plumber just snaked the drain. Turned out roots were in the line and needed more than snaking.

+ -1 moreThe technician struggled with replacing the heater, but finally did a good job. The pilot light on this water heater keeps going out with and the heater is under warranty. I have a catch 22 situation where the manufacturer tells me to contact the installer to honor the warranty and the installer tells me to contact the manufacturer to honor the warranty. I'm pretty disgusted with Bradford-White-the manufacturer-as well a the installer-miracle rooter. Miracle rooter is overpriced, their technicians are not the best, and their responsiveness is horrible!
Description of Work: Replaced a 75 gallon water heater.
