KING'S CHEM DRY

Carpet and area rug looked beautiful when Larry King left on Tuesday. By Friday the spots had returned. He did not believe me and said I must have done something to cause "NEW SPOTS". Not true since I had a new couch being delivered and no longer allowed the dogs to eat their treats on my area rug. He finally came out to look and it and still felt I did something to cause the spots to return but agreed to come back. The original cleaning was on 10-24-17 and it is obvious that he does not plan to remedy the problem. I am going to hire a company that does regular cleaning since it is evident that Chem Dry does not properly clean stained carpets. Previously used Coit and although they were expensive, the carpets came out beautiful and the stains were gone. Very disappointed since he has been in business a very long time and should know what to do. He was also borderline rude which I did not appreciate as a customer dealing with a new company.

Larry is a true professional. He called me within a few hours of receiving my initial email. We scheduled a time and date, and he called me the morning of to give me his ETA. He gave me a fair price for everything and I had no reservations working with him. He cleaned: 3 piece sectional sofa, 1 smaller sofa, 1 lounge chair, 1 large wool carpet, 2 smaller throw carpets, and 2 upholstered dining chairs. I like Chem-Dry because everything dries fairly quickly (in my case 1-2 hours) and your carpets aren't soaked with cleaner. He was able to get all the kid-made stains out and everything looks brand new! I highly recommend Larry and King's Chem-Dry for your carpet and upholstery needs!

He was very pleasant, well mannered, and clean in his appearance. He brought his son who was his apprentice that day and they were both very gentlemenly. I was 100% satisfied.

Larry and David King, King?s ChemDry, cleaned my carpet and sofa on 2/19/14. They arrived on time and did terrific work. I live in an apartment and have wall-to-wall carpet that is 14 years old, as is my white sofa. The carpet was heavily soiled, had pet stains, and a lot of pet fur imbedded in the fibers that my vacuum could not pick up, along with carpet tape that I was not able to remove myself. When I viewed the carpet after it was cleaned, I was amazed at how clean and how good it looked ? better than I ever imagined it could look! Pet stains were gone, they were able to remove the carpet tape and the carpet looks almost new! My white sofa now looks terrific, also. Their price is not only competitive but was lower than 2 other companies from which I received estimates. I was referred to King?s ChemDry by a friend and am now recommending this company to all of my friends. Thank you Larry and David for exemplary work!

I always use King's Chem Dry for cleaning my carpets. They came on time. The carpets looked great when they were done. Since there was a lot of work on 2 floors, 2 men came and cleaned multiple areas at the same time. I admit I don't have my carpets cleaned often enough and the stairs from the garage were filthy. They got them cleaner than I thought was possible. They suggested more door mats from the garage would help pick up the dirt, so I got 2 big mats 6 x 4 and the lower stairs have stayed cleaner.

I used them about a year ago. I can't recall the exact price. They were professional and provided excellent service. I will continue to use their services and I would recommend them to my friends.

Overall it was a good call. They came over gave me a reasonable estimate and had the work done that day. The love seat's look brand new, and so does the sofa. The rugs look fresh and clean. The 70's couch came out great. The color is vibrating once again. Peace and thank you.

I spoke with David on the phone and made an appointment. Owner and David arrived on time and answered all my questions. I gave a B for price as I think I could have gotten a better deal, but I really liked that the owner came and did the work, so I was willing to pay a bit more for a small business. They did a great job. Our carpets look like they did when we put them in 2 years ago. The rug really looks clean. A great job. I cannot say enough.

I've used Larry King's carpet cleaning services three times now and they consistently do an excellent job. I have very light colored carpeting and they always have quite a job on their hands when they come. This last time the carpet had so many track marks and spots I thought I might have to go ahead and rip it out if they couldn't get it clean. Two days after they had cleaned it I had some friends over that asked me if I had gotten new carpeting!! It really looks that good. On top of doing a great job, they are easy to reach, always schedule me within days if not the same day, and their price is always consistent and fair. I stumbled on them the first time but I call them back because I know I can expect great service.

Our puppy unfortunately had a nasty mishap on the hallway and bedroom carpets Friday evening. I called King's Chem Dry Saturday morning and Larry, the owner, arrived at our house the same day. He did an excellent job and got all of the stains out! The carpets were dry within an hour or two which I was extremely pleased about. In all of my previous experiences with other carpet cleaners the berber carpets have been drenched and some areas have taken up to 8 hours to dry which seems unnecessary. Larry obviously knows what he's doing and did an excellent job. I will hire him again when I'm ready for my regular carpet cleaning. He also gave me tips about what to do next time a pet has an accident which I truly appreciated.

They came when they said, were very pleasant, moved everything, brought them back when they said and replaced everything!

The owner came out and did the job. He was very polite and he was fair in his pricing. I ended up paying $150 for the job. He was very professional. He was able to clean the carpets well. I was really happy with his work. I?d definitely use him again.

IT WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE CLEAN-CUT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE DRESSED IN CLEAN CLOTHES. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE HERE BETWEEN EIGHT AND TWELVE AND THEY SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE AN TWO HOUR JOB.

I THOUGHT IT WAS ALRIGHT. EVERYTHING WENT OK, THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THAT ONE OF THE TREES NEXT DOOR TO US HAS SOME BLACKBERRIES THAT STAINED THE CARPET ON FRONT PORCH AND HE COULDNT GET THOSE STAINS OUT.

IT WAS MORE THAN SATISFACTORY, BUT IT WAS PRICEY. THEY WORKED REALLY HARD IN A QUICK TIME AND THEY THREW IN AN EXTRA CHAIR TO CLEAN. IT WAS A VERY GOOD QUALITY OF WORK. WHATEVER CHEMICAL THEY USE SEEMS TO DO A BETTER JOB THAN HOT WATER CLEANERS. .

WE HAVE A LIGHT-COLORED CARPET THAT HAD QUITE A FEW STAINS AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET ALL OF THE STAINS OUT AND MAKE IT LOOK LIKE NEW AGAIN. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT CARE FOR IS THAT THE STAIN PROTECTION MADE THE CARPET A LITTLE STIFF, BUT WITH WEAR IT SOFTENED UP AGAIN.

THE MAN WAS ON TIME. HE WORKED FAST AND GAVE A GOOD PRICE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
